From 1985 to 1995, Jochen Schöllkopf worked for Bank Vontobel in Zurich, New York, Buenos Aires and São Paulo, with subsequent stints at Cantrade Privatbank AG (which later became Ehinger & Armand von Ernst AG and is now part of Julius Bär) and Bank Julius Bär & Co. AG in Zurich (2005–2015). His career has always had a strong focus on Latin America. He is a graduate of the Swiss Banking School (1996), and is the author of a published thesis on capital flight in Brazil.

Business Economist FH. From 2001 to 2014, Raphael Bühler worked for Credit Suisse AG and its subsidiary Clardien Leu AG, most recently as a Senior Private Banker with focus on Latin America. He has worked as an independent asset manager since 2014.

Cristina Cabanas started her career in 2001 at Cantrade Privatbank AG in Zurich, which later became Ehinger & Armand von Ernst AG, and in 2005 joined Bank Julius Bär & Co. AG, where she was an assistant to a team in the UHNW segment with a focus on Latin America. She is now responsible for all operational and administrative processes at Aguaverde.

From 1983 to 1990, Susanne Schöllkopf worked at Aargauische Kantonalbank in Zofingen and Credit Suisse in Olten. Following language immersion stays in the US, Spain, Argentina and Brazil, she now supports the Family Office with administrative and language-related tasks.

Heinz Leu has around 40 years of experience in the banking sector. He worked at the Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS), with posts in Zug, Zurich, French-speaking Switzerland, New York and the Cayman Islands, before taking positions at Reyl & Cie and Solitaire Wealth Management AG – all in the area of private banking and asset management.
